Requires Chrome, Edge, or Safari (iOS 14.5+) with microphone permission. 台灣話 uses the zh-TW speech engine (no Hokkien engine exists in any browser). Only words whose Hokkien pronunciation overlaps with Mandarin are recognised — e.g. 拍相 (phah-siòng ≈ pāi-xiàng). 翕相 is omitted: "hip" has no Mandarin match.
